Located in the heart of Cambridge city centre, the Cambridge Corn Exchange is a Grade II listed building renowned for its rich history and being home to diverse performing arts.

The stage has welcomed musicians, comedians, and artists from around the world. Among the legendary bands that have performed here are Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, and Queen as well as stand-up comedians like Jack Whitehall and Jimmy Carr, and theatre productions including opera and ballet.

Famous pop artists like Adele and David Bowie, classical acts including the Moscow State Circus and St Petersburg Ballet, and even children’s shows like Peppa Pig have been part of the Corn Exchange’s repertoire.

The variety of acts and the history of performers is a testament to the venue’s broad appeal and stature in the entertainment industry.

If you fancy any refreshments during your visit to the Corn Exchange, you will find two fully stocked bars. The Schering Bar is in the main foyer and serves an array of beers, wines, ciders, spirits, and soft drinks. Alternatively, you can head to St. John’s Bar on the first floor.

From the Jam – 45th Anniversary Tour + special guests: Skids

From the Jam will be celebrating their 45th Anniversary with a special tour. Accompanied by the Skids, the band featuring former members of The Jam, will grace stages in 2024. Calling all rock enthusiasts, mark your calendar for the 27th of January 2024! The Classic Rock Show will embark on its 2024 tour, returning with an even better and bigger performance. This meticulous and note-perfect show is not to be missed for it recreates the sound, precision, and essence of classic rock that once shook the world.

Bombay Bicycle Club

Another captivating gig awaits on the 10th of February with the Bombay Bicycle Club performing live. Their energizing melodies will take centre stage, creating a delightful atmosphere.

Rock fans, clear your schedule for the 25th of February. After their sell-out European tour, The Rock Orchestra will return with a concert combining hauntingly beautiful sounds with legendary rock and metal tunes.

The world according to Kaleb – Kaleb goes on tour

Renowned for his deadpan delivery and distinctive perspectives, Kaleb takes his show, ‘The World According to Kaleb’ on tour and stops in Cambridge on the 5th of March. His amusing performance is bound to leave the audience in stitches.

Sounds of The 80’s with Gary Davies

Immerse yourself in the classic sounds of the ’80s with legendary DJ Gary Davies on 8th March 2024. Known for hosting the UK’s most popular 80s radio show, Gary is all set to recreate those vibes on a live stage.

The Drifters

The Drifters will be performing on the 16th of March. The iconic group continues to awe audiences with their long-standing tradition of stellar live performances.

The Bootleg Beatles and Madame Butterfly

Fast forward to April, and you have a series of phenomenal shows lined up starting with The Bootleg Beatles’ nostalgic whirlwind trip through the sixties on the 4th, followed by the Opera International’s award-winning production of ‘Madama Butterfly’ on the 7th, featuring the Ukrainian Opera & Ballet Theatre Kyiv.

Barenaked Ladies

Pop-rock group, Barenaked Ladies will return to the UK with their ‘In Flight UK Tour 2024’, featuring hits spanning 35 years.

Happy Mondays

Following that, legendary Manchester band Happy Mondays alongside special guests Inspiral Carpets and Stereo MC’s will set stages alight with their distinctive ’90s sound on 11th April.

Boyband fans can rejoice as Keith and Brian from Boyzlife hit the stage with massive hits from Westlife and Boyzone on the 25th of April.

Frankie – The Concert

The duo promises an unforgettable night of nostalgia. Concluding this array of fabulous performances, ‘Frankie – The Concert’ is set to serenade the audience with tunes from the ’60s and ’70s on the 3rd of May, marking a tribute to the exceptional career of pop sensation Frankie Valli.
