If you are in the area visiting and want to sightseeing this affordable accommodation is perfect for necessity. Close to a range of shops and the staff were all helpful.
Only downside was that Internet wasn’t the best but still usable the bathroom wasn’t very spacious.
The college is beautiful – what a place to be housed as an undergrad! Second Court room was clean, somewhat sparse/basic, and truly oversized loo/shower room, perfectly adequate for a short stay, and comfortable bed. Glad we had a garden view. There was noise from the adjoining street – but only really audible in the bathroom. Staff were most kind and accommodating, and the Buttery Bar pleasant and welcoming. Central location ideal for our explorations on foot. Enjoyed our visit and would stay again.
I was a bit disappointed by the cleaning of the bathroom. There were still hairs on the floor. Also the shower faucet was very stiff and almost impossible to adjust. It was very noisy in the room. Though, the Location and atmosphere of the college is great.
