Thank you for your enquiry. Our Reservations Office will check availability and reply, usually within one working day.
How Group Bookings Work
- We’ll hold your rooms provisionally until 3 months before arrival. Confirm by email by then to keep them.
- Send us your final numbers and names 2 weeks before arrival.
- Full payment is due 2 weeks before arrival.
- You can cancel, reduce numbers or change dates free of charge up to 2 weeks before arrival. After that, payments are non-refundable.
