Superb location and lovely surroundings. Friendly and helpful staff. Could not set up the wi-fi, though maybe that was my fault? Not keen on the communal bathroom, but that’s what I signed up for, and a few more hooks in the shower cubicles wouldn’t go amiss – overall though no issues.

The housekeeping team provided excellent service, and the daily waste collection was greatly appreciated. For future programmes, I recommend changing the bed linens twice a week rather than once and installing a small air-conditioning unit to improve comfort, particularly during warmer weather.

It was a quiet room with all comfort, that I needed. Very friendly people at the porters lodge!

A beautiful and unique place to stay. Room and breakfast were great. The only issue for me was the lack of air conditioning in the room. There was an electric fan but that was of little help in this exceptionally hot July. I would definitely visit again though.

Fantastic location for sightseeing, shopping and nightlife. Beautiful surroundings and friendly staff. We parked in the shopping centre right near the college as it was convenient to get our luggage from the car to room, however brace yourself for the cost of this as it was more than we anticipated.

Central location which is convenient, but also very noisy at night. Beautiful grounds and building. Very helpful and friendly staff. The room is very basic and old really to be used as a base and not to relax in. The shower, taps and toilet flush are old and difficult to use. Beds are very comfortable.

I have been more than once at Christ’s college and it is always a pleasure to come back

The room was on the basic side but it was very clean and had useful facilities. The location within the City is extremely convenient for exploring etc and the college grounds are beautiful and peaceful. Staff are friendly and efficient. The breakfast was very good. Thank you
