We loved the mixture of old and new buildings. Our room was in the new 4th court, with all the comfort we needed, spacious and clean. It was a pleasure to walk through the other courts enjoying the plants and flowers. We have discovered even the Fellows’ Garden with its interesting trees. The breakfast was rich and tasty. The only problem we had was how to connect to the wifi. Two of the porters could not help, only the third one could on the second evening of our stay.

Great place to stay if you’re looking for an affordable room right in the city center – I would totally stay here again! 🙂

Wonderful location despite the fact that you have to share the bathroom.

Unusually friendly porters who showed us where to watch the Wimbledon men’s final, great central location, comfortable room with a good bed and soft pillows, although the bathroom could do with an upgrade and the bin collection and early morning deliveries were a bit noisy.

I have to thank in particular the porter that was very helpful with my difficulties to connect to Internet. Kind, professional and effective!

Great accommodation and feels like being one of the students. Breakfast in the upper hall was wonderful and really delicious. Porters were really nice and knew as after the first day. Was a great stay. Clean and spacious rooms.

Very welcome and quiet.

Beautiful buildings. Room was basic but clean, comfy and huge! Only downside is that the bedroom window didn’t fully close (there’s a bus stop and a pub across the road which, whilst convenient, meant some noise during the night). Apart from that, we loved it and will be back again!
